Fort Lauderdale, FL., October 05, 2009 — Winstron (winstron.com), a leading manufacturer for several prestigious brands in the world, today announced it has executed an agreement to operate with Global Smart Business (GSB) for international distribution of parts and accessories in Latin America.

The agreement enables GSB to act as an IOR services provider of the Lenovo parts to honor the warranty conditions of the customers in Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia and Argentina.

GSB President and CEO Arturo Ramirez said the agreement with Wistron will provide the capability to move and import all the Lenovo parts needed in our region to support the warranty conditions of the Lenovo customers improving the customer satisfaction and the loyalty.

GSB has the responsibility to act as the importer of the all the Lenovo Spare Parts under non onerous terms because these parts are destined to honor the Lenovo liability with their customers.
